If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. (John 8:36)
The month of liberation is coming up,and we will celebrate our independence, but have we stop to give God praise for the liberty He has given us ? For the independence He gave when He went to the cross? Independence from the grave, from the cares of this world, from sinfulness, from shame, from guilt, from the enemy, feeling as if we are without hope or salvation. In all of our celebrating in the month to come, let us not forget to thank and praise the Lord for the liberty that we have in Him!
